Antitropy, LLC is the parent company behind Riopex. It is the legal entity that holds the intellectual property, employs the people who build the product, and stands behind what this site says.
It builds and operates Riopex as its product. The same company writes the code, runs the infrastructure, holds the supplier relationships and answers the security questionnaire, so there is one party to deal with rather than three.
For a pilot, that means the agreement is with Antitropy, LLC and so is every legal notice here. Procurement gets one counterparty, one set of company details and one signature block, which is usually the first thing a vendor onboarding pack asks for.
What that means in practice
Any agreement for a Riopex pilot is with Antitropy, LLC. The privacy notice, the website terms, the data processing agreement and the subprocessor list on this site are all Antitropy, LLC's, and each names it as controller or processor as the context requires.
