This website is operated by Antitropy, LLC, at antitropy.com. Riopex is its product, and by using this website you accept these terms.
These are website terms. They are not a licence to use the Riopex platform and they are not a contract for services. Any pilot or subscription would be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
What this website is
It describes a product in active development. Statements about capabilities are descriptions of intent and design, not commitments, and each page marks clearly where something is planned rather than available.
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, a warranty, or a representation you should rely on when making a purchasing decision. If a fact matters to your decision, ask us and get it in writing.
Using the site
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not do the following.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or anything connected to it
- Interfere with its availability, including by automated request volume that degrades it for others
- Submit false, misleading or third-party details through the pilot request form
- Use the site or its content to train a model that is presented as our work, or to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist
- Copy the site's design, code or copy for a competing product page
Intellectual property
The content, design, copy and code of this site belong to Antitropy, LLC or its licensors, except where a third-party licence is stated. The Riopex name, mark, wordmark and lockups are ours.
The brand page grants a narrow permission to use the mark and lockups to refer to Riopex accurately, on the usage rules stated there. That permission is not a licence to imply endorsement, partnership or customer status.
The typefaces used on this site are licensed from their foundries and are not redistributed with any permission we grant.
Submissions
If you send us an enquiry, we will use it to reply to you, as described in the privacy notice. Please do not send confidential information through the form; if there is something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a way to receive it.
If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. We are not asking for ideas, and we will not treat an unsolicited one as confidential.
Third-party links
Where we link to a third party, we are pointing at a source, not endorsing it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Warranty and liability
This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current, though we try to keep it accurate and correct it when it is not.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes, and governing law
We may change these terms, and the date at the top will change with them. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are a draft pending review by counsel. The governing law and the forum for disputes will be stated here in the reviewed version, and will be set out explicitly in any pilot agreement rather than incorporated by reference from this page.
